Have used Pipers on a few occasions and they have always been brilliant! On this particular occasion I had taken my car in to a garage in Dorking town centre for an M.O. T. I solely chose this particular garage for convenience but I needn’t have.....here’s why.....the garage in town said they’d call me in an hour from Dropping my car off ...3 hrs later they called to say it had failed on a rear side light and that they would have to investigate the matter and couldn’t give me any idea how long it might take them. The way it was handled left me feeling nervous that a minor problem could possibly take them 3 hrs to find (at £90 + vat per hour!!!). I called Mark, I took my car to him that afternoon, he found the problem in 5 minutes, ordered the part and hey presto all sorted. Mark also noticed my 2 rear tyres were bald and hadn’t been noted as an advisory from the initial garage and so he promptly ordered and fitted my car with 2 new tyres. Concerned over the location of Pipers garage as I live in Dorking and have a 1 year old and was worried about getting home Mark kindly gave me a lift home meaning that actually....I needn’t have chosen the garage in town on the convenience basis. Mark is always honest, prompt and his communicaton is flawless!!! I’ll be sure to be using Pipers again!
